Atlanta, GA - February 23, 2024 - Sean James, founder and CEO of VSNWKS. (Vision Works), made history today by joining ForbesBLK executive team Seth Cohen, Chief Impact Officer, Jabari Young, Senior Editor, Ayisha Mendez, Community Manager, and the National and Local Advisory Council in ringing the closing bell at NASDAQ. The event, held on Friday, February 23, 2024, marked a significant moment for James and the entire ForbesBLK community.
The announcement came amidst a flurry of excitement as Forbes senior editor Jabari Young revealed plans for the 2nd annual ForbesBLK summit, set to return to Atlanta from June 23-25, 2024.
Reflecting on the momentous occasion, Sean James expressed his gratitude, stating, "The energy was electrifying as Seth and Jabari rang the closing bell of the week at Nasdaq. I am humbled, honored, overwhelmed, and mostly filled with gratitude to witness this moment."
