VSNWKS CEO Sean James Launches VSNWKS Community Corporation Non-profit to Expand Impact and Community Reach

Atlanta, GA — February 1, 2025 — Sean James, Founder and CEO of VSNWKS, announced today the official launch of VSNWKS Community Corporation (VSNWKS-CC), an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to entrepreneurship, education, and community-building resources for underserved communities nationwide.
"Over the years, we saw firsthand how proximity, access, and operational support could change the trajectory for entrepreneurs," said Sean James. "Forming VSNWKS Community Corporation gives us the structure to push that impact further — not just serving clients, but uplifting entire communities."
The inaugural Board of Directors brings diverse leadership and deep community commitment:
Sean James, President — Founder and CEO of VSNWKS, Sean brings over a decade of experience building operational infrastructure and entrepreneurial ecosystems for underserved communities.
Nehemie Villarceau, Secretary — An educational consultant specializing in curriculum design across the U.S., Nehemie brings expertise in developing programs that empower communities through education and leadership.
Oronda Smith, ESQ., Treasurer — A seasoned attorney and business owner, Oronda lends her financial stewardship and legal expertise to guide VSNWKS-CC’s growth with integrity.
Rev. Robert I. Thomas Jr., Board Member — Senior Pastor of Greater Refuge Church of Christ in South Ozone Park, NY, Rev. Thomas brings decades of faith-based community leadership and a passion for empowering the next generation.
Through programs like the Eagle Club Community Accelerator, Youth Empowerment Initiatives, and a Virtual Convening Series, VSNWKS-CC will focus on leadership development, education, advocacy, and networking — helping entrepreneurs and community leaders turn vision into action.
