About the Role
We are building something serious at the intersection of operations, storytelling, and impact — and we need someone who can help keep client work tight, the studio moving, and sales activity consistent.
This role sits right next to the CEO, supporting three core lanes:
Monthly client operations and project management
SEANJMS Studios guest booking and production logistics
Outbound sales outreach and follow-up

What You’ll Actually Do
Support Client Operations
Update client boards in Monday.com, track tasks, and follow deadlines
Help prepare weekly client summaries and monthly operations reports
Oversee Studio Operations (SEANJMS Studios)
Produces original shows for Sean James and SEANJMS Studios
Manage guest outreach, booking, confirmations, and reminders
Keep the studio clean and production-ready for each recording
Oversee studio rentals and develop and implement procedures and policies
Drive Sales Outreach
Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
Maintain CRM updates, follow-up lists, and booked calls with leads

A clear communicator in email, Slack, and on calls
Comfortable juggling client work, studio tasks, and outreach in one week
Tech-comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools

Part-time role (10–15 hours/week)
Hybrid: mix of remote work and on-site as needed in College Park
Growth path as the company and studios expand
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing details
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and Monday.com (or ability to learn quickly)
Comfort managing calendars, bookings, confirmations, and follow-up workflows
Basic understanding of sales outreach or CRM systems (preferred)
Experience supporting operations, admin, or production environments a plus
Ability to maintain professionalism when communicating with clients, guests, and partners
Character & Work Style
High integrity and able to handle sensitive information
Self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions to act
Strong follow-through — you close loops, not create them
Flexible, reliable, and able to work in fast-moving environments
Comfortable in faith-driven and culturally diverse workspaces
Positive attitude with a service mindset
Willingness to problem-solve and escalate issues when needed
Logistics
Must be based in or near the Atlanta area
Able to work 10–15 hours per week consistently
Must be available for occasional in-person studio recordings and meetings in College Park
