About the Role
VSNWKS is building the next generation of leaders in operations, branding, communications, and organizational strategy. This internship offers students and emerging professionals the opportunity to experience how a modern consulting firm operates while contributing to real internal projects that support our work with founders, CEOs, nonprofit leaders, and faith-based organizations.
Interns will support internal systems, research, content development, administrative workflows, and special projects across the VSNWKS ecosystem. This includes exposure to operations management, communications planning, design coordination, and community initiatives through VSNWKS Community Corporation. Interns will learn how to think operationally, communicate clearly, and work inside a fast-paced, values-driven environment committed to excellence and economic impact.
This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, self-directed, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. Interns will not work on client projects. Instead, they will help strengthen VSNWKS internally while developing skills that prepare them for leadership.
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or certificate program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks with clarity, accuracy, and follow-through.
Interest in operations, communications, design, business leadership, or nonprofit management.
Professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Capacity to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a structured environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and representing VSNWKS with integrity
