About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, teachable, respectful, and hard-working assistant looking to work Monday-Thursday for a total of 30-35 hours to provide comprehensive support to the executive team of VSNWKS.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping organizations thrive. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, drive executive team members to and from work related activities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
We meet once a week to train on customer service, always trying to improve the customer experience. We work HARD from Monday-Thursday so we can REST Friday-Sunday. We train each applicant internally on all procedures such as assisting in the administration
At VSNWKS., we understand that many BIPOC founders and organizations face significant barriers in accessing high-quality, tailored business services that can drive real growth and sustainable operational efficiency. That starts from within, including intentional application of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices that guide how we work in and with entrepreneurs and their organizations.
Our cornerstones are designed to help ensure that:
We serve founders and their organizations, and prioritize entrepreneurs of color.
We do everything with the intent of creating equity.
We are informed by executive leaders and those we exist to serve.
You'd probably like this job if you:
Love people...like even the grumpy ones.
Love being on a mission greater than just clocking in and out. You'll be helping people who are solving the world’s biggest problems.
Love having co-workers who are up-beat and positive.
This won't be a place where you'll be allowed to talk about people behind their backs. This won't be a place that you'll be able to fake your way into loving.
You'll either love it or hate it.
