About the Role

VSNWKS. is happy to announce an opening for the part-time position of Business Operations Associate. This position is responsible for active client engagement, development and implementation of business operations strategies, and reviewing, recommending and managing client accounts.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will:

  • Feel comfortable engaging in complex conversations around business operations and VSNWKS. SCXLE IT™ Program and our approach and strategies for sustainable business growth.

  • Be skilled at critical thinking, problem solving, and an ability to make decisions and see paths forward even when there is considerable ambiguity

  • Excel in developing relationships with various partners and stakeholders; producing written summaries and recommendations; managing multiple projects with consistency, timeliness and accuracy; and exhibiting a desire to learn

  • Have a deep understanding of the clients we serve,  including founders of color and change makers across various industries

  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively, within and across teams

  • Have motivation to identify issues, innovate solutions, and continuously improve practice

  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.

  • Familiarity with operations in service based business sectors.


The percentage of workload is as follows: 

Client Operations Manager - 50% 

  •  Assist in managing client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.

  • Coordinate with the client to optimize client processes and workflows.

  • Monitor client progress and report on key performance indicators.

  • Support the implementation of operational strategies that enhance client scalability.

VSNWKS. Internal Operations - 20%  

  • Assist in streamlining internal processes, including workflow automation and documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to improve overall company efficiency.

  • Support the development and maintenance of internal systems and tools.

Special Assistant to the CEO - 20%  

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the CEO.

Intern Management - 5% 

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of interns.

  • Provide guidance and support to ensure interns' successful integration and contribution.

Training and Development - 5%  

  • Participate in training programs for staff.

  • Support continuous learning initiatives within the organization.


As a Business Ops Associate at VSNWKS, you'll be a critical part of our operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various domains. Your role will be divided between supporting our clients, internal operations, and directly assisting the CEO. You’ll also play a key role in managing interns and contributing to the ongoing training and development initiatives within the company.


  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in office software and operations management tools.

  • A valid Georgia driver’s license is required. A bachelor’s degree that prepares for the work of business management is required. 


Additionally, qualified candidates must have five years’ experience in the business and entrepreneurial sectors. Preference will be given to applicants who already exist in the VSNWKS. Ecosystem. The starting range for this position is $10 - $15/hr, paid as salaried. This is a part-time position in Atlanta GA. We work on a hybrid schedule of T/TH in-office (required), every other Monday remote and Wednesday/Friday remote.
